Jeanne Monk brings over seven years of experience in staffing and recruiting, partnering with small to mid-sized companies across the Southeast to identify and secure top talent. She has successfully placed more than 200 candidates in recent years, consistently delivering results that align with both client goals and candidate strengths.
With a relationship-first approach, Jeanne serves as a true extension of her clients’ hiring teams. She is deeply committed to understanding each organization’s culture, priorities, and long-term objectives, allowing her to match candidates not only on skillset but on overall fit and potential for success.
A Birmingham native, Jeanne is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where she remains actively involved through her service on the Alumni Council. Outside of her professional work, she is engaged in her community, serving on the McWane Science Center board and supporting her church and various nonprofit organizations.
In her free time, Jeanne enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Richard, and their three children.
