Christy comes to us with more than 30 years of experience in various senior financial roles and across multiple industries. In her role at Redmont Advisory, she will bring a broad set of skills and executive leadership capabilities to each engagement. Her wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in finance, strategic planning, and leadership will be invaluable to our high growth clients.
Prior to joining Redmont, her career included senior financial leadership roles at Milo’s Tea Company, BLOX, North Highland, Equifax, Mohawk Industries, and The Home Depot. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Christy has served extensively in civic and community roles, including appointment to the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where she served as Chair from 2021 to 2023. She currently serves on the boards of The Greater Birmingham Humane Society, Momentum Leadership, and Vulcan Park and Museum and is a graduate of Leadership Birmingham (2025), Momentum Executive Leadership and the FBI Citizens Academy.
Christy holds an MBA/MTX from Georgia State University and is a licensed CPA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, DJ Mackovets, community service, spending time with family and visiting her home town of Savannah, GA.
