Carrie has more than two decades of experience supporting high growth manufacturing organizations. She has helped companies strengthen financial operations, modernize systems, and build scalable, GAAP compliant processes that support long-term growth.
Her expertise spans full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and close-cycle optimization. Carrie has partnered effectively with external auditors, driven software automation initiatives, and developed accounting procedures that improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and create scalable financial infrastructures.
With her hands-on, proactive approach, Carrie will bring GAAP expertise and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to every client engagement.
Before joining Redmont, Carrie held leadership positions with Milo’s Tea Company and the Inteplast Group.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pittsburg State University. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting her daughters at college, traveling with her family, spending time at the lake or beach, and staying connected with her extended family.
